The story

Me and my husband spent a couple of nights in an underground hide, at the edge of a waterhole in Zimanga, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, waiting for animals to come for a drink. The night was long, but the adrenalin was high.

Night images using floodlights(no flash). All of Zimanga’s rhinos have been dehorned to protect them.

My name is Limor Bahar from Israel and i have a big passion for photography.I usually photo people and cultures but in my last trip to Tanzania in Africa, nature was the main subject.
on the ferst days on the journey to one of the last heavenly places on earth-Ndutu,Tanzania, it was evident that global warming was taking its toll and the place was apocalyptic.
It was sad to see how we humans destroy our beautiful planet. War of survival of nature went up a step and the thought that without animals there are no plants and without the two we have no right to exist in intensity come up.
